Cast FROM chromecast to samsung phone.

I have a chromecast with google tv hd. I would like to know

if there is an app or something that I can use on my Samsung phone/ older tablet to mirror the chromecast's Screen to my phone essentialy making my phone act as an monitor

Where I live we have lots of power cuts and monitor is unusable then. Also my phone is A52s.

Any other suggestions would be helpful 👍

What are you watching on your Chromecast, that you can't just directly watch on your phone?

What you're asking for isn't possible, as far as I know.
