Hello, I just bought a Mi Box (MDZ-16-AB) yesterday. I took it out from its box, set it up with my Android phone (Xiaomi Mi 5s), it connected to the internet and worked great, for a couple of hours.
After that, after I unplug and replug it once, it stopped connecting to wi-fi completely. I've tried EVERYTHING. Factory reset both modem and device couple of times, changed channels on my router (tried every channel), tried different router and different wi-fi network, tried connecting it to my phone's hotspot (with and without password), tried connecting through static IP and finally installed firmware version 1304 (original install was V.6.0.1.-1901). Nothing is working. What to do? I don't want to return this brand new device to warranty and wait 3-4 weeks for them to do nothing.
