Gave the built in video recorder a shot and recorded some GameCube Games running on the Shield. They actually did pretty well, depending on the game I definitely wouldn't mind doing a full playthrough right on the Shield.

If there's a game you want me to try out, let me know and I'll give it a shot.
I had almost forgot Dolphin had Android builds, ever since they dropped 32bit ARM support Dolphin fell to the back of my mind. But when I got the Shield, I gave Dolphin a shot and holy fucking shit, it runs fantastically. I'm talking near full speed performance on many, many games, with minimal glitches and bugs. ARM64 support is still fairly new so don't expect flawless emulation, but if you have a Shield that you're using for gaming, this is definitely something else you can throw up there.
Here's a brand new build from today, straight from Dolphin's website: https://dl.dolphin-emu.org/builds/dolphin-master-4.0-8373.apk
Every single one of their builds can be found at https://dl.dolphin-emu.org/builds/ . Very commonly there are multiple builds per day, so definitely keep checking it out if you're really interested.
