Does one exist? I have HBO so am eligible to use their Go app but I have Comcast and they don't support it.

As the title says it no longer works, it doesn't recognise that I'm even trying to cast anything and just will not connect via the now tv app on my iPhone.

I love the Nvidia shield tv this seems to have the same interface. is there any gotcha on this box or is really good? Also looking for a good keyboard remote suggestions please. I bought Rii i8+ Mini Wireless 2.4G and it is junk

I watch a pre toonami stream on saturday night that shows various freshly subbed anime hot off the presses. it's a fun lil thing. Then at 11 is actual toonami streamed by a livestream user.

Question is, how do i go about watching both of these through android tv? (i have a shield tv first gen). Are there apps to sideload that work with android tv? is there some funky workaround i can use like using a desktop streaming app or a android tv friendly web browser that's flash enabled?

I have a hisense h8c TV with the rtings calibration settings. Noticed the other day that deep color mode was off on my mibox. Upon turning it on, it seems like the reds are ridiculously high. Blowing out all the other colors by a lot. It looks terrible with it on.

Is there a bug with the deep color mode on the mibox?

Some shows are dubbed in the region's language and I want to change it

What are some good Chinese Live TV/VOD Android apps that I can install on my MiBox/Nexus Player for my folks?

Maybe I didn't do enough googling but does anyone know details of a Youtube TV app? I'm holding off until they have a dedicated app. I know there isn't currently an app for android tv but is there one in the works?

So I download a bunch of movies and then I put them on flash drive and then plug into the my Mi Box. I can probably setup a shared folder from my laptop, but I dont want my laptop always to be on. What is the alternative? I think I saw many years ago people get these small computers to just plug into an electrical socket and you just upload to that....but dont know if anything better is available since then.

When I play a ~2GB+ "1080p" movie, I sometimes get a stutter when its playing throughout the movie, eg. scenes where alot is changing on screen for example. Ive pinned it down to where this only happens with 1080p files. The latest beta update did not help.

Just trying to see if anyone else has had this issue - I've done some searching and can't seem to find any answer other than, clear cache, uninstall updates, reboot device.

On both of my Shields and my LeEco, when I go into Google Play Music and choose the "listen now" suggested playlists, the majority of them never load the 2nd option.

e.g. I go to the lists and choose "Waking Up Happy" - which then should give me the choice of genre I want on the station, "Country Morning", "Feel-Good Rock", etc.

On my Android TVs, it lets me select the type of list but then never gets to the genre selection screen for most of the lists. The same 2 load the selection screen on all the devices, but the rest don't work at all.

I am thinking of purchasing a Mibox but I see that Hulu Live TV doesn't work on android tv but i know apps can be sideloaded. Has anyone had any luck in getting it to work and if so is there any issues that you come across?

When I go sign into my YouTube account on to my personal channel I can't seem to switch it from my default channel to my personal channel that has all my subscriptions on it seems to a be a problem from the latest update hopefully I don't have to go back may as well due to ui changes of layout any help thanks

I have a shield TV and I want to disable the screensaver altogether? I don't want nice pictures or anything, I want my shield to stay awake all the time. Is this possible?

Hi, a friend of mine got an Sony TV running AndroidTV, it clains to have native 120hz, but, he's complaining about judder, "any 120hz tv should have 24p judder free bla bla bla"

But, it has judder, and he is thinking that his tv is defective for some reason.

So, does AndroidTV, in a 120hz native display, runs at this refresh rate or the system runs locked at 30 or 60hz (30 / 60 fps)?

I have had nothing but issues with netflix playing on my mibox. I tried swapping cables, and between tv's but I could never get it to play. I even factory reset the device about 6 times with no luck. I hated fighting it.

The wife and I ran out to the store to buy a new sectional, when we came home and set it up the TV was too small :) So we went to BB to look at TV's.

I settled on the LG 60UH6035 4K and it is a great picture!

The only app the TV itself won't do is PS VUE so I dusted off the Mi box to watch some Sunday night TV and to my surprise Netflix works, everything works on the mibox on this TV, with the same HDMI cable is before, and sound hooked up the same way, HDMI to TV, Optical from TV to soundbar.

My older TV's were both Insignia, a 49 inch Plasma 720P and a 50 inch 1080P set from black friday a few years ago.

All i can say is this television has completely changed my opinion of this device.
