I was using 4k2k 60hz video resolution on my philips Android box awhile ago but the option has disappear leaving me with 4k2k 30hz, 4k2k smpte and 1080p 60hz resolutions.

Anyone know what's the issue? I've not update anything, been using the same cable same port which previously supports 4k2k 60hz on my 4k TV. Any help would be appreciated thanks :)

Upgraded my Bravia KDL65W850C to PKG3.865.0136PAA

Since then, any native AndroidTV VPN App (Tried Vyprvpn, Torguard) has this issue where if I put the TV to standby while still connected, the next time I turn it back on, it will cause the TV to do a full reboot.

If I do not connect to the VPN, or disconnect manually, then it remains working as normal.

Anyone know how to fix this?

I've just had an update download on my TV, I had already updated to 6.0 when it was available a couple of months ago but this has updated to 6.0.1. Anybody know any difference?

The main apps I use (Netflix, Hulu, FXNOW, Amazon Video) were moved up to the "Featured Apps" section and are no longer in the "Apps" section. I cannot move them back into the "Apps" section, and cannot re-order anything in the "Featured Section" Using a Sony 55XBR850C. Anyone have this issue since updating?

I'm getting lost on my own here so thought I'd ask.

I'm looking for an Android TV Box which would handle the following smoothly:

1. 4k playback @ 60hz (let's say Planet Earth II) as well as a laptop would(?). Performance is of course crucial - I'd hate to waste a good 4k tv on a crappy 4k player.

2. Media center - Good interface for working with network drives (windows shares) connected to my router. Expandable storage is a plus.

3. Skype Video - Being able to connect a good camera to it (and which one?) and have Skype Video calls work well with it.

Hulu Live TV was announced today and is also now available. Has anyone tested it?

I have a 128gb USB stick formatted with Fat32. The MiBox can see the drive. I have 2 folders on the drive 'TV' and 'Movies'. I have Kodi installed on the MiBox along with Exodus. I have Exodus configured to store TV Shows in the 'TV' folder, and movies in the 'Movies' folder. Downloads in Exodus are enabled.

After downloading a file in Exodus it does not appear in Kodi file explorer (I cant find the file) on my USB drive.

What am I doing wrong?

Is there an app or something out there that will let me backup/image the Mi Box and transfer that image over to a new Mi Box so that both are setup identically? Just looking for an easier/quicker way to have the Mi Box setup like my other one without having to manually do it. So all settings, installed apps etc. is what I want to be able to backup/transfer.

I know how to backup Kodi, so no need to mention how to do that.

Is it possible to have videocalls using the android TV box?

I notice some logitech webcams are compatible, but don't see any reviews online with people actually having a videochat with some.

Can anyone confirm there are apps for it and possibly share his experience?

So I have a Sharp 50LE580X to be exact and wanted to know if the Logitech K400 would work with it, because I didn't get the "nice" remote and just the basic one which makes typing a real pain in the neck. If not the K400, then what's a guaranteed compatible keyboard+mouse combo?

I have an Amazon Drive/Prime photos unlimited account to store all the crazy amounts of photos and 4K videos my wife an I record with our phones and I can access them all ok on phones and tablets but haven't figured out a way to do it on my TV. I have a Nexus player, Chromecast, a TV with chromecast ultra built in, and Nvidia Shield (on the way from amazon in a day or so). Anyone know a way to do this?
