Can anyone please help me with this issue? Cannot see playback speed appearing in YouTube on my TV.

Tried to connect my AirPods 2 and Soundcore Life U2i's to my Onn. Android TV device with Android 10 and firmware update 1.01.36, but connecting them brings up the error "Couldn't pair" but my Xbox Wireless Controller pairs with no issue, is there a way to fix this?

Also there was nothing else connected or paired to the TV, just the remote it came with.

It’s fine if I won’t be able to use any app that requires HDCP. I mainly just watch YouTube with this box anyway.

Any way to disable HDCP so that I can get it to display on my PC monitors (either officially or through a mod?)

I just bought this tv and there is no option to change the resolution on this tv. I have googled and found nothing and no display option in the settings to change it. Anyone has the same tv and has found a workaround maybe?

I have an old AVR that only support DD and DTS. Does the Mi Box S convert DD+ to DD over Optical? Some sources says that it does and some other says that it doesn't.

Hi, I just bought the Sony Bravia XBR-49X830C from a friend. Overall I am happy with the tv with the exception of the remote. It’s big and clunky and the buttons feel awful and it’s layout makes no sense. Are there any remotes I could buy to substitute it for? Thanks in advance.

Update just in case someone runs into a similar issue: I found that all Sony Bravia tv remotes are compatible with all models so I bought a newer remote off of Amazon. Some of the newer buttons don’t work with it like the Disney plus, youtube and prime video buttons(probably because they weren’t programmed into the original remote) but the layout is much better and still an overall improvement.

The ADT-3 is getting pretty long in the tooth at 3 years old. Shouldn't there be a new model released soon? Does anyone have any info on a one planned?

I'm looking at buying a GoogleTV for my apartment (TCL 50S546 if it matters) but am trying to figure out some streaming service details. I believe you can have multiple Google profiles, but will they share logins for services like Netflix? I'm buying the TV but I'd like to let my roommate use it without disrupting my own accounts. I'd add them as another profile, but I'm using my family Netflix which is maxed out. So can we have multiple Netflix accounts on the same TV, or should I just get like a Roku stick and use that as an essentially separate account if I really wanna keep things apart? Thanks.

I have a Sony XBR-65X85D which crashes from time to time. Even after multiple factory resets, I still get random crashes when using Disney+ on wifi along with the occasional wifi not wanting to turn on issue.

I am looking at a replacement and noticed that Sharp now offers Android TVs. Anyone has experience with Sharp android TV? Any pros and cons?

Usually when I press the skip button on my Tivo Stream 4K remote on Netflix videos, it will skip forward 10 second, but recently when I press the button, it will only show the Audio/Subtitles option on the right screen.

The combination of this TV using Google TV and this soundbar didn't work properly when I first connected them via HDMI ARC. The TV would set up the LG soundbar without issues and work correctly untill the TV power was switched off and then later on again. After the TV had started it would switch every few seconds between using the "TV speakers" and the digital "Audio System".

The LG sondbar could instead be connected via Blutooth rather than HDMI ARC but the range of volume when doing so was limited. Alternatively the LG sondbar could be connected via optical cable but then the TV remote volume buttons would not control the volume of the soundbar.

This meant that the soundbar could be connected via all three of its inputs, HDMI ARC, Bluetooth or Optical cable, but none of these connections was fully functional. I contacted Sony helpline about this and they acknowledged the issue but did not offer a solution.

Since the issue of the sound cycling between TV speakers and the soundbar occurred after powering the TV on I thought that the issue must be related to the HDMI CEC function of the TV turning the soundbar on and off. I was unable to disable HDMI CEC on the Sony TV but I found that the soundbar had an option to turn its "Auto power on" function either on or off. I thought this must refer to HDMI CEC, so I turned off this function on the soundbar. I then found that the cycling problem did not occur any more when the TV was turned off then on again, but the TV was using the optical oputput. So I connected both the HDMI ARC and the optical input from the soundbar to the TV with the "Auto power on" function of the soundbar switched off and I switched the soundbar to use optical input.

This resolved the problem. The TV could be set to "Audio System" rather than "TV Speakers" the soundabr would deliver the audio, and the TV remote volume buttons controlled the volume on the soundbar.

I posted this description because when I contacted Sony helpline about this issue they acknowledge the issue and indicated that it occurred for a number of soundbars, not just the LG SN4, and that a number of customers had reported the same issue to them. Perhaps my work-around solution may be of help to other people.

I'm looking for something light and easy to setup in a hotel room when traveling. Stick format would be nice as I wouldn't have to carry HDMI cables. Mainly gonna use it to play plex and youtube. 1080p is more than enough for a hotel room.

I recently purchased a Sony Bravia with Google TV, but the built in Disney+ app refuses to open saying there that it needs to update. However when I go to the inhalation page it instead says "This app is no longer compatible with your device. Contact the developers for more details." Is this a known issue? I suspect it might be a region lock (I am not in the US, and there is a separate Disney+ app for my region different from the US one, at least on phones. However my family does have a US Disney+ account), but I would have expected a lock to be in the app not the store. Using a VPN doesn't make a difference

It's kind of annoying to have a dedicated remote button that is useless, and to get recommended shows that I can't open, even if I wanted to.

Tl;Dr: Google Tv, Sony Bravia Built in Disney+ says it's not compatible I'm outside of the US if that makes a difference
