Im in a bad signal area so haven't had much chance to dig but it looks reasonably legit http://mibox.telebee.com/box/ So it looks like this could be running Android TV - Operator Tier, this is the base Android TV BUT it allows the launcher to be modified by Broadcaster selling the box
My MiBox was working fine since I've bought it, however for the last month or so, I've noticed a lot of stuttering (not all the time, but in certain places)
This happens on both, YouTube videos with the native app, and Kodi content, whether local from NAS (home videos) or online (like Food Network app).
With the YouTube stats window, I can see a lot "Dropped Frames" that seem to increase after each stuttering occurrence.
With the Kodi info window, I can see a lot of "dropped" frames in the stats too.
It's not network bandwidth: Kodi buffer is full with several dozen megs to spare, and YouTube buffer health also shows dozens of seconds to spare. Besides, it also happens on local NAS content, and I have both the MiBox and the NAS on ethernet connection.
It's the same content that I used to watch before... so seems like a month or so ago, something broke in MiBox decoder?
Hi All,
Wondering if anyone else had this issue. As the title states I'm having issues trying to change my default home menu to SPMC. I've been able to do this before several times and never had a problem. I used this guide.

Long story short I screwed up something and had to do a factory reset and now for the life of me I can't get the leanback launcher hidden again. Everytime I run the "adb shell pm hide com.google.android.leanbacklauncher" command I get the error Error: java.lang.SecurityException: Neither user 2000 nor current process has android.permission.MANAGE_USERS.
I've never had a problem in the past getting this to work. Any suggestions?
I'm on a Shield TV (2015) non-rooted
