Amazon Music will soon be available for Android TV You can pre-register for it now https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.amazon.music.tv
"Looks like Amazon Music is coming to Android TV, as Android Police has spotted a listing for the TV version of the app appearing now in the Google Play Store. It’s not available just yet, but there is an option to pre-register for it.
Other music streaming services have been available on Android TV for some time. Spotify’s Android TV presence came way back in May 2016, and Tidal made the jump to Android TV back in December 2017. There are a few screenshots for the Amazon Music on the app listing that give a preview of how it will look, and the interface is quite clean and stripped down.
Amazon Music comes bundled with Prime accounts, and provides access to over two million songs, ad-free. The upgraded tier, called Amazon Music Unlimited, gives you access to over 50 million songs on-demand, along with high-quality audio options. There’s no word on when the app will officially become available, but you can reserve it in the Play Store now."

"The device we currently know as the "NVIDIA SHIELD" is not the first one to carry the name. That honor goes to the handheld device launched in 2013, later renamed SHIELD Portable. After that came the SHIELD Tablet, and finally the SHIELD Android TV in 2015. It was not the only way to get Android TV, but NVIDIA's box is the only one that had any staying power. Three years on, this device has gotten 20 updates across three major Android versions. I can't think of another Android device that offers so much value after more than three years of use. That's why we're taking another look at the SHIELD—it's changed quite a lot."
"NVIDIA rolled out its 20th software update for the SHIELD a few months ago (the 7.1 experience upgrade). This is an unprecedented level of support for a piece of hardware that some people bought three and a half years ago. Among those updates were some excellent custom features that improve on Android TV. For example, there's Plex integration. I don't just mean you can run the Plex app—any Android device can do that. No, the SHIELD can run a Plex server to stream your content to other devices. It works even when the SHIELD is asleep, and the Tegra X1 can transcode like a champ. The SHIELD is, bar none, the best Plex server I've ever used."

I have the Jetstream AGT418 but I find the remote less than satisfactory. I like the dedicated volume button, but it lacks the [back] [play] [forward] buttons that in my opinion, you need in a remote. I understand that the circular button is supposed to work that way but in practice, it's not convenient. Does anyone know of a google assistant compatible remote that has volume, play control, Android navigation, and the circle buttons? If it had a programmable IR to turn the AGT418 on and off too that would be amazing but I'm not holding my breath. The FireStick 2 voice remote is almost exactly what I want but I doubt the microphone would work with Google Assistant when paired to the AGT418. But I could be wrong, does anyone know for sure?
I am noticing that there are several versions now of the Xiaomi Mi Box. This surprised me. The android.com page on AndroidTV only lists the original (?) and the "S". I own the original, got it the day it was released at Walmart in 2016.
Is there a FAQ or comparison list somewhere that describes the differences between the Mi Box (original) vs. the 2, 3, and 4? I have found descriptions online of the Mi Box S compared to the OG 2016 model, but nothing about what I see here in this sub referred to by a number (e.g. Mi Box 3 or Mi Box 4). What are those? What are the differences? Where are they available for purchase? I'm thinking they might be OUS only (outside USA)?
Thanks...
